Booking & Reservation

A £100 reservation fee secures your services for the requested wedding date. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The reservation fee is deducted from your final balance, payable on the wedding day.
The balance of payment is due 1 month before the wedding. If a booking is made within this final-balance period, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Please confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking — no reductions for hair and makeup services are permitted once booked.
If someone in your bridal booking needs to cancel, you may replace them with someone else on the day (a guest or relative) at no extra cost.
Additional people may be added to the booking, time permitting, up to 2 months before the wedding. An additional artist fee may apply.

Bridal trials are held at my private studio in London, offering a calm and bespoke experience.
In some cases more than one trial may be required to perfect your chosen look, particularly when exploring multiple styles.
Trial appointments are also available for wedding guests upon request.

Hollywood waves and the application of hair extensions are classified as specialist bridal services and are subject to an additional charge reflecting the extra time and preparation required. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation or trial.
During peak wedding season (Friday–Sunday) a minimum booking requirement applies: bridal hair and makeup plus two additional services (hair or makeup).
Where a professional assistant is required, an assistant fee will apply depending on the size and complexity of the bridal party.

For brides wishing to enjoy a fully seamless experience, I am available to remain on-site throughout the wedding day for touch-ups, ensuring your hair and makeup remain flawless.

Travel is charged at 60p per mile.
Early morning start times within London may incur an additional fee.
For early starts outside London, overnight accommodation near the bride's location may be required to maintain a relaxed schedule and the highest level of service.
Where accommodation is required, the client covers travel expenses and overnight accommodation costs, to be discussed and agreed during the booking process.

The timeline may be adjusted at a later date. The final schedule will be confirmed 1 month before the wedding.

Cancellation is permitted up to 2 months before the wedding date. Thereafter, the full amount for services becomes payable. Full cancellation terms are outlined in the contract.
Reservation payments are only refundable if cancellation is notified within 48 hours of booking, in which case 50% of the reservation payment will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained to cover admin services already rendered and/or the artist holding the date, resulting in loss of income.
